Problem/Motivation

It appears a change has occurred in PHPStan or one of the plugins, a number of baselines reports now report less occurrence.

We could consider limiting our PHPStan versions to known releases, though ideally we will start to decrease the baseline limiting re-occurrence.

Generate new baseline.
