Include an access check for entity selections to verify if they are allowed to be edited by the chosen assignee

Problem/Motivation

Currently, any user can be assigned as the author for the selected entities without their UPDATE access being verified for the new assignee's editing permissions on the item.

Proposed resolution

Throw a validation error when inaccessible items are selected for the chosen assignee
