Need to add user account menu in header [#3394792]

Problem/Motivation

how to user login & check account details because currently user_menu not available , please add user account menu with better styled, see attachments as well.
i am using Drupal10.

Install the theme and set as default check user_account_menu not available .

Your patch from MR request is not applying for me in Drupal10.1 and I used composer to apply it. Please check your patch once.

Yes, because the MR is not merged into the code. For applying the changes of the MR, you need to clone from the repository then checkout into the issue branch and then you can see that the issue is resolved.
