The complete set of cache contexts for a variation cache item must contain all of the initial cache contexts. [#3392268]

Problem/Motivation

After upgrading from Group 1.x to 2.x, users are receiving this message when they try to go to the list of groups:

LogicException: The complete set of cache contexts for a variation cache item must contain all of the initial cache contexts. in Drupal\variationcache\Cache\VariationCache->set() (line 72 of modules/contrib/variationcache/src/Cache/VariationCache.php).

I also encountered on the same issue when a group role(editor) scope is changed from individual to "Insider" with Global role(editor)

Here's the combination of modules I use:
