mobile menu not working

Steps to reproduce

1) Install the theme and set as default .
2) See the theme in mobile view .
3) Found that the mobile menu is not working.

I have fixed this issue for mobile menu not working and also created MR for this . Attached screenshot for your reference after fixing this issue . Kindly review the changes and attached screenshot as well.

Verified the MR2 on 9.5.x, now the hamburger menu is working. Added screenshots for reference, RTBC++
