We should never set hardcode values like if ($font_head_family == '1') { so i am not preferring your patch.

The error has gone when i switched to your branch but i got style issue as attached screenshot "font-error-after-switch-branch".

Also @sakthi_dev, i have another ticket https://www.drupal.org/project/dempo/issues/3389842 and this ticket MR is solving my issue of this ticket also.
I need your suggestions.
