Documentation ?

Is there any documentation on how to use this functionality?

I have tried to use it but I am not sure if I am trying to do things that might not be there.
Can you document how to set up comment rating on a subject please, including alle these settings in the modules and CCK field , if any, that are needed.

Straight forward product review kind of thing. Author posts a description, user can vote on post in there comments.
The result is a review with a rating from the author.
Comments with ratings from users.
Calculated average of all the votes displayed next to the review.

When it is implemented that example can be extended with multi axis voting.
