Description:
In order to minimize duplicated efforts from theme_blazy() and help improve captions such the additions of the new File SVG description field, and other nitpicks like hoverable effects, etc., all theme_splide_ITEM() contents are now using theme_blazy() instead.

Heads-ups for Splide:2.x:
With this change, it also allows Splide to unite theme_splide_slide() and theme_splide_minimal() into just one theme_splide_slide().
