[META] Fix the PHPStan baseline suppressions added for mglaman/phpstan-drupal:1.2.0

Problem/Motivation

In #3383279: Bump mglaman/phpstan-drupal to latest to make daily "updated deps" QA run pass again we've (are about to) added some new suppressions to core/phpstan-baseline.neon which have to do with calling deprecated code outside of @group legacy tests.
