Problem/Motivation

Footer contact form is not responsive.

Steps to reproduce

1) Install the theme and set as default.
2) Go to the footer contact form.
3) And see it in the mobile view.

Proposed resolution

Need to work on the CSS and make it responsive.

Thank you for the MR. I have reviewed and tested your MR and its working fine.
It has fixed the responsive issue of contact form in mobile view.
