Add minor - goes - security - only dates to the core release calendar

Problem/Motivation

https://www.drupal.org/about/core/policies/core-release-cycles/schedule has nothing on Drupal 9.5.x being security only

Perhaps it's not surprising one does not look for dates on a page called "Overview of the release process"

Proposed resolution

Add 9.5.0 went security only to https://www.drupal.org/about/core/policies/core-release-cycles/schedule#... and also add a "End of bugfix support for Drupal 10.1" to "Drupal 10.2.0 released. End of security support for 10.0.x." and ongoing similarly.
