On ..."/admin/settings/taxonomy_filter/1/edit" I get the error "warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/"..."/public_html/includes/form.inc on line 1194."

However, after I edited the menu, saved the changes and returned to the edit menu again the error was no longer there. So... it didn't really cause any problems... just thought you should know.

The php warnings from uninitialized variables should be eliminated in latest dev release.
