The attached patch ports the features in the Drupal 6.x module version to Drupal 5

  • toggle to unify tags
  • toggle to sort tags
  • toggle to hide tag display if tag list is empty

The patch makes the Drupal 5 module pass coder module's code review, adds uninstall code, and adds PostgreSQL support too. Please review and apply the patch to CVS.
