Problem/Motivation

Hook _help content are not completed very less information.
also some phpcs issue on the global_content.module file

after installation check help page.

Proposed resolution

need to update the help page as per the module.
need to fix phpcs issue as well

Confirmed that the patch was applied cleanly and works perfectly.
Added a screenshot and moved to RTBC.
