It seems that OpenStack horizon is using VCPUs instead of vCPUs. And also other Cloud Orchestrator pages for OpenStack are using VCPUs.

Thank you for your comment. I'll merge the patch to 5.x and 6.x, and close this issue as Fixed, however on the other hand I would like to ask you to change the term from VCPU to vCPU for the entire OpenStack module. Thanks!
