Problem/Motivation

When the module is updated to 2.0.0 version and all sub-modules are disabled, this change notice is not visible:

Rabbit Hole settings were moved into a dedicated @settings_page.

Since it was added to simplify the transition, we should make sure it's working after the upgrade process is complete.
