Problem/Motivation

jQuery.once is deprecated and will be removed from Drupal 10.

Steps to reproduce

1. Replace jquery.once dependencies with core/once in *.libraries.yml.
2. Replace usages of .once() by once() in javascript files.

Here the use of once() is not seen in .js files.
So now only we need to replace core/jquery.once to core/once in the libraries.yml file.

I have reviewed and tested the #2 patch it looks good Replace jquery.once with core/once in the library file.yml.
