I sent this message out to the current maintainers May 30th 2023, only the first two had the contact option enabled

I am reaching out to all the current maintainers of the twig_remove_html_comments project to
announce my offer to maintain the twig_remove_html_comments project.  Drupal 10.0 was released
late 2022 and next week some time Drupal 10.1.0 will be released at
Drupalcon.  twig_remove_html_comments is a project that my group uses that needs a Drupal 10 compatible
release.  I am offering to take care of this for you all.

Hi Joseph,

Thank you for offering your help! However, we have already assigned guilherme-lima-almeida as an additional maintainer (we want to keep the group of maintainers small). Guilherme will review the issue #3342103: Drupal 10 Compatibility and merge it soon.
