Problem/Motivation

Forms loaded via inline_entity_form won't have the publishcontent logic applied.

Steps to reproduce

Set up a node with a sub node loaded via inline_entity_form. No publish toggle wil be visible o nthe sub node.

Proposed resolution

Implement the inline_entity_form form alter and run through the same logic as the node form alter.
