(Un)Publish tab reverse its own action

Problem/Motivation

When I (un)publish a node using the tap action, this fired 2 events:

- Unpublish the node
- Just after that, the opposite, then, publish the node

I have 2 logs/messages:

NodeX has been set to Publish
Node X has been set to Unpublish

Environment

Multilingual site. Drupal 9.

Using admin #1 user

Complementary info

If I use the bottom radio option, it's OK, run as designed.
