Problem/Motivation

In order to finalize our event space with the University of MN, we will need to provide proof of insurance. They are asking for a certificate of insurance of $1,000,000.

Proposed resolution

Search the internet or ask other event organizers what to do. In years past, we have used online services for short-term event insurance. Eventhelper.com/ is one such resource.

I have event insurance purchased now for the UMN space. I did not purchase any for social events, but we probably want to once we have the details worked out.
