Flag integration

I have written a small module for integrating userpoints with flag based on votingpoints.

That is a nice module to contribute.

Do you want to add it yourself as a separate project that you maintain, or should I add it userpoints_contrib?

Each has pros and cons, if you maintain it yourself, you will be able to change it at any time, but it may not have wide visibility and usage. If it is part of uc contrib, then I will have to do the commits, and you create patches, but it is available for all in the uc contrib part.

Let me know which route you want to take.

can you make it even better, example u can define which flags can give points, and on what comments and nodes its available.
