Drupal 9 Port

Problem/Motivation

The module does not have a Drupal 9 version of it. While there was work initiated for a Drupal 8 port here, there isn't much there except an info file.

Proposed resolution

Port the module to Drupal 9.

• Port the module to Drupal 9
• Create a new release branch dedicated for Drupal 9 version of this module
