Problem/Motivation

If we convert the bundle without content we get an error.

Steps to reproduce

Select bundle without content in "Select Entity Type to Convert" step.
Go through the entire form to the end

Proposed resolution

No need to start a batch if there is no content to convert.

I applied MR !16 to the "Convert Bundles" module against the version "2.0.0-beta2" in my local with Drupal 9.5.6 and confirmed that the issue was resolved in my end.
