Problem

This bug is found on a Drupal 7.94 install running on PHP 8.1. Clicking on the Node Export function brings you directly to the The website encountered an unexpected error

In the error log the following details are found
Error: Call to undefined function create_function() in node_export_remove_recursion() (line 1007

The PHP documentation informs us that it is removed from PHP 8.

I am running 7.98, Node Export 7.x-3.1, and PHP 8.1.23 and still receive this error.

I'm encountering the same problem as well. My PHP version is 8.0.
Is there a patch available to resolve this issue?

FYI to anyone having trouble with this issue.

This hasn't been fixed in the 7.x-3.x branch. It has however been fixed in the 7.x-3.x DEV branch.
