Description:
The new configuration options added to the default formatter in #3221245: Provide formatter options to choose what elements to output allow this formatter to achieve the same output currently achieved using the Duration formatter. As a result, the Duration formatter is now deprecated and will be removed in a future version, likely when Smart Date reaches the 5.0.x branch.
