Problem/Motivation

Having the "menu" block in the libraries pages (UI Patterns, Ui Styles) sticky.

Proposed resolution

Use the offcanvas component #3292597: Bootstrap 5 : Components > Offcanvas for this block.

Also provide a button, static on the bottom right of the page (like toast).
