The RDF module has been deprecated in Drupal 9.5 and will be removed from Drupal 10.0.
RDF was previously installed as part of the standard install profile, but many sites do not use the functionality it provides. If you are not sure what RDF is, it is likely that you can safely uninstall it.
You can add a dependency on the contributed RDF module in order to continue using on Drupal 10.x. The contributed module works with Drupal 9.5+ and Drupal 10.
