Problem/Motivation

After updating drupal core to 9.5, during updb, we can see error like that:

The 'core_version_requirement' constraint (9.5.0) requires the 'core' key not be set in modules/contrib/better_formats/modules/better_formats_test/better_formats_
test.info.yml

Proposed resolution

Replace core key with core_version_requirement.
