Add hook help [#3333651]

When you enable the module, the method hook_help is not implemented.

Download and activate the module and visit its help page.

Implement the hook_help and describe the functionality of the module and it's usage.

I think the same feedback of this one here

I think is a good initial version but there only the "description" of the project so it won't help so much. We can definitely improve that putting some steps that will really help the CMS editors
