Thanks @Shubham Rathore, but still there are some issues.

  1. Format of * Implements hook_help() should be like this * Implements hook_help().
  2. Add comment for case 'help.page.call_now_button'
  3. In output variable heading should be either 'About' or module name not machine name and use p tag for description with t().
