Problem/Motivation

I am looking for something to ajax load blocks for anonymous users. Does this hope to do that? Any hints as to how to set it up. I added a block in layout builder and set its visibility control to use this; but it does nothing.

Is there some configuration for BigPipe possibly required (i wasnt using BP before enabling this module)? Perhaps it doesnt work with layout builder?

This module was not used for layout builder, only for regular blocks from the /admin/structure/block section.
