Kind of thinking the "noreqnewpass_disable" would be boolean, but integer will work too.

Reviewed the MR !8 and tested on Drupal 11.x via DrupalForge
Code looks solid.
Confirmed via Configuration Inspector that the configuration schema is now correctly registered and valid.
Works as expected.
