From a UI perspective, for a beginner it's hard to know how to configure this, starting with the plugin names. The current names "RSS Feed - Fields" is not very intuitive, it's not clear that this specific formatter is related to this module when there's an included one in Views/core called "RSS feed".
Rename the module name to "Advanced Views RSS Feed" and the Views plugins to "Advanced RSS feed".
Update the UI.
Update the included documentation.
Update the project name.
Update the project description.
All references to "RSS Feed - Fields" would be replaced with "Advanced RSS Feed".
