Actually it was removed by Gutenberg core library: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/24389
It seems Facebook and Instagram (Meta) removed the unauthenticated oEmbed support a long time ago: https://developers.facebook.com/blog/post/2020/08/04/Introducing-graph-v...

Anyway, I tested embedding a Facebook post in a generic embed block on Drupal Gutenberg 2.5 and 2.6 and it seems to work:
Test Facebook embed

Still, we can't guarantee it will work without any issues.

Next steps will be removing Facebook and Instagram blocks from the list of allowed blocks and then maybe create a feature request to support those embed blocks the proper way - using https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/changelog/version8.0#soci...

Again, due to Meta policies, these embed blocks will be removed. For now the workaround will be using the generic embed block. Closing.
