Sorry I could't find any more documentation anywhere.

How do you create image sets?

How do you set the classes from imagefield to fire up lightbox?
I have set up thumbnail type with image cache though I think that there should have another two class names is that "full-size" and "small"

Please see the documentation at http://drupal.org/node/274714 Also you will need to upgrade to the dev version of the lightbox2 module as imagefields aren't supported fully in 6.x-1.8 version.
