Problem/Motivation

When I try to create a block, the module gives me this error message: “Block to trigger field is required”, however there isn't this field to select the blocks.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to Administration > Extend and enable the module.
2. There is now a "Cheeseburger menu" block available to use.
3. Navigate to Administration > Structure > Block layout and select a region where to place the block.

Proposed resolution

Add the field.

Remaining tasks

Submit a patch or a merge request.
Review it.

This error appears when we try to place 'Cheeseburger menu trigger' block first without creating 'Cheeseburger menu' block. As per the documentationhttps://www.drupal.org/project/cheeseburger_menu#how-to-use-section, Cheeseburger menu block should be added first.
