I already got a revised version ready, with updated links and formatting. I am just waiting for the Gitlab integration to work again: #3319143: Cannot create issue forks.

@Pracheth: I assigned myself, to show that I intended to work on the issue, see Issue etiquette.

Changing Status since we're waiting for Gitlab to get fixed.

The Gitlab integration works again, so here's the MR.

The Bounding Box Filtering section references Openlayers module. I have not checked if that works, and have just transferred it as is, so it probably needs to be reviewed at some point.
