Is this filter currently being worked on, and if so, are there plans to expand it? Specifically, I'd like to see this filter move on to covering all aspects of WoW that can be grabbed via WowHead and Thottbot and the WowDB. Having it cover [npc], [quest], [spell], [zone], etc would be a great addition. I've considered diving in myself to do them, but if they're already In Progress then I wouldn't want to reinvent the wheel.

I probably won't have a chance to do that any time soon, but I'll happily commit patches if you want to dive in and try some of the above.
