Problem/Motivation

I followed instructions here to upgrade my text format to CKE5.
I previously had align left/center/right buttons, BUT not justify button. After I upgraded, the Justify option is added to the editor and format.

Steps to reproduce

The config files I had are attached. Obviously there are other problems on upgrade path but this issue is only about Alignment options change.

Proposed resolution

Has the alignement options are configurable, the ones available should be limited to those which were already allowed.

Remaining tasks

Find what's wrong in the code of CKE5 upgrade path and fix it.

None, except a fix.

None.

Removing tag because there's no code to write tests for (yet) and un-assigning since it's been 3 years since.

Is this still an issue in Drupal 11?

Going to close this one out. Ckeditor4 has been EOL for many years now not sure if we are still retroactively going back to fix those. Will give credit for a good summary and providing the configuration though.
