Problem/Motivation

When adding an image or URL in the text box, depending on the resolution of your screen + zooming you are not able to edit the fields properly.

The customer was testing it on Chrome, using a laptop with 14 inch screen size. The browser was in full screen, at 100% zoom.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Open Social.
2. Install social_embed
3. Create a topic and add a media via ckeditor
4. Inspect and use a screen with a small height

Proposed resolution

Fix the CSS.
