The Travis test builds fails at 9.4 and above due to phpcs installed_paths being altered. Easy fix.
Also test at 9.5 instead of 9.4.

This has no bearing on the tests on drupal.org but I run weekly cron jobs on Travis to keep an eye on new deprecations and coding standards.

Sorry, I should have tested more thoroughly. The travis run ay 9.1 fails and needs this extra requirement. Could you commit this too, please?
