Problem/Motivation

Use ginvite with Group 3.x for new project(s) that haven't got a migration.

Proposed resolution

Create a branch here that will need to be synchronized with updates from ginvite 3.x (group 2.x compatible) - understand this is something the maintainers might not be delighted to do... we'll push here as it's possible.

Remaining tasks

Create branch. Push initial search & replace for the machine name of the content/relationship machine name.
Maintain branch in sync with ginvite 3.x
