Problem/Motivation

The `reference_value_pair` field is not presented on a Feeds mapping page.

Steps to reproduce

Install Feeds module, create a new Feeds Type, open Mapping tab.

Proposed resolution

Add the Feeds plugin to the module. The Double field module is a good example.
