Problem/Motivation

Support compatibility with Entity Embed contrib module.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install entity_embed module.
2. Visit admin/config/user-interface/field-description-tooltip
3. Face the fatal error:

TypeError: class_implements(): Argument #1 ($object_or_class) must be of type object|string, null given in class_implements() (line 95 of modules/contrib/field_description_tooltip/src/Form/FieldDescriptionTooltipConfigForm.php).
