Edit: I agree with sahilgidwani - this is not resolved and needs to be reopened.
Seems like the fix is ready on 8.x-5.x, but since the module isn't being maintained anymore ("No further development"), there just hasn't been a release that includes it (8.x-5.0-beta3 still is *not* D10 compatible)

Please work on converting to Layout Builder, this module isn't really supported anymore.
