Problem/Motivation

The current module doesn't provide a way to alter messages. Also, it only sends notifications when the current error state differs from the previous state.

Proposed resolution

Alter the settings form to include the list of all active modules and a message field to alter the notification message, which should throw error whenever there is an error on running cron.

Thanks for the patch. If a per minute cronjob enters into an error state and stays there it would flood Slack with messages. This is not desirable for us. If you were to make it configurable, I would add this feature.
