I'm not sure we should fix this.

Why? Because both of those modules provide that media type, and explicitly rely on it. If you don't want those media types, why would you keep those modules enabled at all? I feel like, if you delete the media types, you should probably uninstall the modules as well.

That said, I'm open to being convinced otherwise.
