Once #3290810: Remove updates added prior to 9.4.0 (9.4.4 for ckeditor) and add 9.4.0 database dumps is in, we'll have 9.4.0 database dumps in 10.1.x. These are potentially useful for contrib update path testing, and potentially for testing new updates added in 9.5.x (but not for testing updates up to and including 9.4). We should backport just the database dumps to 9.4.x once that issue lands. Opening this as a follow-up since it's a very different task to removing the updates, and the title of the other issue is a bit alarming for a 9.x commit.

dwwcore/modules/system/tests/fixtures/update/drupal-9.4.0.*core/modules/system/tests/fixtures/update/drupal-9.4.0.*are identical to the ones in Git from 10.0.xNot sure what more testing we need here, so RTBC.
