Follow-Up from #3290228: Automated Drupal 10 compatibility fixes

Should indeed be corrected to core_version_requirement: ^8.9 || ^9 || ^10
as old versions of Drupal 8 don't know about "core_version_requirement". At least 8.7 is required, I think, but ^8.9 should be really fine.
